Using this website
These terms explain the use of Twin Haul Junk Removal’s website and how service inquiries work. You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us about a project. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading information.
Any job-specific agreement we confirm with you—including the scope, price, and scheduling details—applies to that job. A quote request on this website does not by itself create a service contract.
Quotes & pricing
Website descriptions and photos provide general information. An estimate based on your description or photos depends on the items, quantity, weight, condition, access, and work involved. Please disclose stairs, long carrying distances, disassembly needs, and other conditions that could affect the job.
Confirm the scope, final price, payment arrangements, and any other job-specific charges directly with Twin Haul before authorizing work. If the requested work or site conditions change, discuss any revised price and scope with the crew before additional work proceeds. This website does not collect payments.
Appointments & changes
Service is by appointment and depends on crew availability, the location, and the work involved. Submitting the quote form or leaving a message does not reserve a pickup. An appointment is arranged only after direct confirmation with Twin Haul.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call or text us as soon as possible. Confirm any job-specific cancellation terms when arranging your service. Weather, access issues, or safety conditions may require a scheduling change; contact us to coordinate.
Your items & property access
You must own the items or have permission from the owner to authorize their removal. Clearly identify what should go and what should stay. Remove cash, documents, valuables, and personal belongings from items you intend to discard, and erase personal data from electronics before removal.
Arrange permission to enter the property and provide safe access to the agreed work area. Tell us about fragile surfaces, utility connections, building rules, parking restrictions, pets, and known hazards before the visit. Do not assume utility disconnection, structural work, or permits are included unless specifically confirmed.
Item acceptance & safety
Acceptance depends on the item and safe, lawful handling and disposal. Describe unusual materials before scheduling, including chemicals, fuels, paint, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, pressurized containers, and other potentially hazardous items. Do not conceal these materials among ordinary junk.
A service category on this website is not confirmation that every item in that category can be removed. Twin Haul may decline or pause work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully. Confirm accepted items and any special handling directly with us.
Contact & quote requests
The website quote forms submit your name, phone number, ZIP code and project details to Twin Haul through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). A successful submission sends an inquiry; it does not confirm pricing, availability or a pickup appointment. If the form is unavailable, call Twin Haul directly.
When you contact us, provide accurate project details and a number where we can respond about your inquiry or appointment. Our Privacy Policy explains the website’s information practices.
Website content & availability
The Twin Haul name, logo, and website materials are provided to help you evaluate our services. Do not misuse the brand or copy site materials for commercial use without permission from the rights holder. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
We may update website information or correct errors. The site may occasionally be unavailable, and service availability must be confirmed directly. If information on the site appears inconsistent with your agreed job details, contact us before relying on it.
Your rights & questions
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. If you have a concern about a job, price, or these terms, contact Twin Haul so we can review it with you.
We may revise these terms for future website use and inquiries. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to an already agreed job require separate agreement with you.
