The project is moving forward. Let’s make a plan for the materials left behind.
After the work, before the fresh start
Project finished.
Space still full?
The flooring is up. The old cabinets are out. Now for the materials left behind. Show us the complete pile so we can plan the hauling around what’s there and the way out.
Renovation leftovers
From the room you refreshed.
Flooring, trim, carpet and cabinets can be described in your request. Identify each material and whether it’s stacked, bagged or loose so we can confirm what can be included.
Staged project materials
To the pile ready to go.
A pile in a garage or driveway still needs a loading plan. Include everything being removed, any especially heavy pieces and the distance to where the truck can load.
Keep household junk and furniture or appliances distinct from the project debris when you request a quote.
Less hassle. More space.

Before your debris pickup
More than
the size of the pile.
Materials, weight and access shape the work involved. Include these details in your request so we can discuss the hauling scope and estimate before scheduling.
- Material types
- Name each material, including anything mixed into the pile or hidden underneath. Acceptance is confirmed as part of the estimate.
- Amount & weight
- Describe the full quantity and flag particularly heavy materials. Tell us whether the debris is stacked, bagged or loose.
- Route & loading
- Include the current location, stairs, doorways and carrying distance, plus where loading is permitted.
Need more than hauling? Demolition, utility work, excavation and other site changes need a separate discussion of the work involved.

A few things you might be wondering
Big questions.
Simple answers.
Start with the website quote form. Tell us what needs to go and include any questions about your project.
Ask About Your ProjectWhat construction materials can I request removal for?
Describe each material, its condition and the approximate amount. List flooring, wood, carpet, cabinets or other leftovers in the quote form so we can confirm what can be included; listing an item does not automatically confirm acceptance.
Can you quote a small renovation cleanup?
Yes. Describe the complete pile, material types, location and loading access in the quote form. A smaller request still needs review for the materials and carrying work involved.
Can household junk go with the project debris?
Include it in the request but list and describe it separately. We confirm whether the different materials can be included in the agreed pickup.
Should I move everything to the curb first?
Tell us where the materials currently sit and show the route outside. Discuss the plan before moving or setting out items specifically for the pickup.
Does this include demolition or site work?
This page covers reviewing and hauling project debris. Do not assume demolition, utility work, excavation or other site changes are included. Describe any additional work you need so the actual scope can be discussed.
