What this policy covers
This policy explains information handled through the Twin Haul Junk Removal website and when you contact us about our services. Twin Haul is the business responsible for the service inquiries you choose to send us.
The current site has no customer accounts, online payment checkout, or file-upload feature. Calls and texts use your device’s phone or messaging service.
Information you choose to share
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, a description of what needs to go, and your permission for Twin Haul to call or text you about that request. When you submit it, these details and your contact permission are sent through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to Twin Haul’s customer-management system so we can respond to your inquiry. This checkbox covers contact about your request; it is not a marketing opt-in.
If you call us directly, we receive the information you share about your project, such as your contact number, service address, item list, access details and scheduling preferences. Only share information relevant to your inquiry.
How the quote form works
The homepage and Contact page contain an embedded GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) form. Selecting “Request My Quote” submits the details you entered to Twin Haul through that provider. A confirmation appears after a successful submission. A quote request does not book a pickup; an appointment is confirmed separately.
Your browser or device may retain autofill information according to your settings. The embedded form loads from links.jumpstartbuilds.com, the agency’s LeadConnector form domain, and processes form and connection information using GoHighLevel’s infrastructure.
Technical data, cookies & tracking
Loading the website sends ordinary connection information to its hosting infrastructure, which may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the site.
We have not installed third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts on the current website. The site’s own code does not set cookies or use local storage for visitor tracking. The site’s fonts, business photographs and map software are served with the site. The embedded quote form also loads DM Sans from Google Fonts and uses its provider’s validation services and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection; these requests share ordinary connection information with those providers. The Areas We Serve map loads street-map tiles from OpenStreetMap when the map comes into view. Those requests share ordinary connection data, such as your IP address, browser details and referring site, with the map provider; they do not include your quote-form entries. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for its practices. The hosting platform may use its own technical or access-control mechanisms, including when a preview requires sign-in.
Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the current site’s behavior because its code does not perform advertising tracking or sell visitor information.
How information is used & shared
Information you send about a job is used to respond to your request, discuss an estimate, confirm coverage and access, arrange service, and handle follow-up questions or concerns. Information may also be needed to maintain service records, address disputes, and meet legal obligations.
The website does not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks. Hosting providers process technical information to operate the site, GoHighLevel processes quote submissions for Twin Haul, and phone or messaging providers process calls and texts. Relevant service details may be shared with the people carrying out your requested job. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights or safety.
Records & security
Submitted quote requests and contact details are stored in Twin Haul’s GoHighLevel account and may remain in service or communication records alongside information you share when contacting the business directly. How long records are needed depends on the inquiry, service and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
No website or communication service can guarantee complete security. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for arranging junk removal.
Your choices & privacy requests
You can browse without completing the form and choose which project details to share when contacting us. You can also adjust browser and autofill settings on your own device.
To ask about information you have shared, request access, a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, call or text 732-895-3419 and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Available rights depend on applicable law, and some records may need to be kept for legal or service-related reasons. If you believe a privacy request was handled incorrectly, contact the same number and ask for a review.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for people arranging residential or commercial removal services and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us to request its removal.
Updates & contact
If the website’s forms, tracking tools, or information practices change, this policy should be updated to describe those changes. The date above identifies this version. Check this page for the current policy.
